Semi-retired "handyman/musician" looking to store musical equipment, tools, personal belongings, etc.
Easy access required for load or unload one or twice weekly.
Looking to rent from homeowner, not renters or sublease.
Would prefer one year lease agreement.
Will pay monthly by check, or cash if desired.
References available.
