I will be in San Diego visiting my boyfriend's family for Christmas, and that’s why I am renting my apartment out.
I am flexible with move-in and move-out dates.
Any period between December 14 (the day I leave DC for San Diego) and January 15 (the day I return to DC) would be fine.

- I keep my place very clean, organized, and hope you can too.
What I am looking for in a tenant: - Financially responsible and can pay rent on time.
- Clean and organized.
- You can have friends over but no crazy parties that destroy the place.
- Independent and can generally resolve small issues on your own.
- Be respectful to the neighbors; no loud noises.

Please also include your phone number in the email.
If I think it’s a good fit, I will send you a text message to set up a zoom call.
On the zoom call, we can get to know each other more.
