*Roles and Responsibilities*
* *Sales - *You're not just selling dresses; you're creating a personalized experience that leaves a lasting impression.
The primary responsibility of the Bridal Stylist is promoting and selling the bride (or MOB/MOG) her entire ensemble (Dress, Veil and Accessories), while providing exemplary customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals.
* *Appointments: *The Bridal Stylist will schedule and lead client appointments, review the appointment calendar every morning and properly prepare for each appointment, ensure appointments are prepared per guest preference, develop and maintain new and existing high-profile clientele, and develop strategy to drive new sales and increase foot traffic.
You always follow-up with your clients and provide the best service possible.
* *Trunk Shows - *The bridal stylist will assist with trunk shows and designer events, coordinating events with our designers, receiving and shipping trunk show gowns.
* *Receiving and shipping - *The Bridal Stylist will assist the Senior Bridal Stylist t with receiving and checking customer orders as they arrive and contacting clients for fitting appointments.
* *Other* - Handle financial transactions accurately.

You know fabrics, necklines, and silhouettes, and understand how to guide your customer on finding the right fit.
*Job Qualifications Include:*
* Previous luxury experience
* Must have experience in one of the following: bridal, couture, or evening wear
* Experience with high price point items preferred
* Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for duration of shift
* Must be available to work weekends
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
* Ability to keep workroom and space clean and organized
* Team player, “no task is too big or too small” attitude
* Versatile and flexible; embraces change and is consistently able to develop and adapt to the needs of the business
