The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for producing high-quality customer service from conception through completion in a manner consistent with our clients Mission & Core Values.
This position is in the Operation department and works alongside the Director of Operation and department leaders to promote retention, upsells, referrals and an overall successful experience for our clients.

*Spa Coordinator Details:*
This is a full-time non-remote, employment position.
Pay is $18- $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.

*Spa Coordinator Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)*
* Conducting tours of the facility and new client orientation
* Establishing relationships with clients and gaining an understanding of their goals and needs
* Booking quality appointments through booking software
* Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Developing knowledge on the science and benefits of floatation therapy
* Presenting available packages & products to current and prospective clients
* Driving sales and processing cash and credit card transactions
* Flipping rooms between sessions
* Wiping down the equipment
* Maintaining spa cleanliness and organizing
* Jointly with other employees transferring up to 50 lbs salt bags to storage and floating rooms
* Pool chemistry and testing float tank solution
* Keeping all rooms stocked with appropriate amenities.
* Responsible for laundry (towels, robes, etc.
) and cleaning used dishes
* Inputting inventory for specialty products and other retail
* Assisting management with daily studio tasks and projects
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
