The SR5PBLTD is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez as a limited model for 2020.
It was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.
The SR5PBLTD features a poplar burl top with a birdseye maple strip down the center on a double-cutaway African mahogany body bolted to a titanium reinforced panga panga, maple, paduak, purpleheart and walnut Atlas neck with a roasted birdseye maple fingerboard with binding, 24 stainless steel frets, abalone oval position markers and luminescent side dots.
Components include a pair of Nordstrand Big Single passive pickups with an Ibanez custom preamp with a three-band EQ, a Mono-rail bridge with 16.
5mm string spacing, a GraphTech Black TUSQ nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The Atlas 15pc Panga Panga, Maple, Padauk, Purpleheart and Walnut neck provides tonal clarity, superior note attack, and its slim grip shape permits superior playability.
