looking for truck frame weld repair welder fabricator - $400 (Falls Church)

Hello- I have an older toyota sequoia with a couple of frame rust out holes.
I need a welder to weld on steel plate over hole to good steel to strengthen frame.
Frame is not completely rusted - but two spots had internal rust that was undiscovered.
Rust has been treated inside and outside on frame to arrest further rust.
One rust hole is next to gas tank - would require dropping gas tank to get in and weld steel plate over problem area.
There is good steel nearby to anchor/weld to - after grinding down to good steel.
Just need skilled structural fabricator/welder to weld up strengthening steel plate in a couple spots for safety factor as truck is safe to drive.
Need experienced welder to provide structural weld - I could supply gusset plates or you would Let me know where you are and cost structure.
We'd need access to a lift to get at it properly - at least for the spot next to gas tank.
Not sure what it will cost - more aggressive cash price will help me move forward.
